Forestpark is dedicated to the management of rural forestlands on a scalable and environmentally sensitive level. Forestpark developed and uses a proprietary GIS platform to quickly review and manage large portfolios in addition to checking project feasibility, creating project programs, and determining market value through vacant land sales analysis. Forestpark was founded by a former Vice President of the Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Development Company who is credited with creating Weyerhaeuser's Forest Reserve concept. Peter Constable managed a portfolio of approximately 10,000 acres with 50 to 100 transactions annually and annual gross sales of between $5 million and $20 million.
Forestpark's client list includes Fruit Growers Supply Co., Green Crow Timber, the McDonald Land Co., TREJAX, Rayonier, and Terrapointe Services (subsidiary of Rayonier). Forestpark manages its work with each client on independent, password protected web sites (see navigation bar - left side).
